Summary: The Global Purchase Agreement for Oil Buffer (Preferred Supplier Agreement,PSA) was signed between Otis and Hebei Dongfang Fuda) as of September 28,2007. Through the project and with the assistance and supports from Otis Dongfang has updated the products and quality control system to a higher level compared with that of four years ago. Up to now, more then 25 models of buffer, safety gears and over speed governor have got CE mark.
